MEMORIAL GIRLS LACROSSE CLUB
**Fall Ball Starts 9/4/2024**
Register by 9/13/2024
SBISD requires several steps and paperwork for players to be approved by the district. Even if you are playing another sport this fall, or do not plan on playing Fall Ball, we still need you to register now so we can correctly order gear and have a roster count. Also please note that you need to be fully registered to be eligible for Off Campus Health Fitness Credit (P.E. credit) through SBISD.
Please read ALL the instructions below prior to registration:
1. Before you register, please make sure your player has a valid US Lacrosse High School membership that does NOT expire before May 31, 2025. Visit US Lacrosse at http://www.uslacrosse.org/.
2. All Players MUST complete the SBISD Required Athletic Participation Documents on Rank One. https://springbranchisd.rankonesport.com/New/NewInstructionsPage.aspx For SBISD Students, under the "UIL" link on RankOne, please select "student athletic trainer" or it will not allow you to submit. If you are a non-SBISD player, please contact memorialgirlslax@gmail.com for the forms, which you will need to complete offline and email back to us.
3. All players must have a current SBISD PHYSICAL filled out: https://www.uiltexas.org/files/athletics/forms/PrePhysFormRvsd2024.pdf
All students are required to use this Physical Examination Form. NO OTHER Physical Examination Form will be accepted. The physical exams must be dated after 4/1/2024. Please email a copy of the physical (PDF ONLY) to memorialgirlslax@gmail.com AND Kristen.Dearsan@springbranchisd.com.
Low cost sports physicals ($25-$45) are available at a number of urgent care or local clinics around SBISD. The SBISD Athletics Department is also hosting low-cost sports physicals on a walk-in basis on 8/17 from 8-11 am. Click here for details.

Halloween Game 2023
The Memorial Girls Lacrosse Club (MGLC) is a Division One club in the Texas Girls High School Lacrosse League (TGHSLL) South Division, the governing body for women’s lacrosse teams at the high school level in Texas. Our division competes locally with both public and private schools in the greater Houston area, and division champions compete at the state level.
Our Club is a competitive lacrosse program that operates virtual Varsity and JV teams of Memorial High School. Lacrosse in Texas is not yet a UIL sport, and thus does not fall directly under the athletic department program. However, we are a recognized member of the Memorial High School community that is supported by the MHS Booster club and offers girls attending MHS the chance to earn P.E. credit and for varsity members, letter jackets. Our team also welcomes student athletes from other schools, as defined by TGHSLL player eligibility rules.
